1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the Jackson Media Pro website, services, estimates, appointments, installations, and related communications.
By using our website, requesting a quote, booking a service, submitting information, or purchasing services from Jackson Media Pro, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our website or services.
2. Services
Jackson Media Pro provides professional TV mounting and media installation services, which may include TV wall mounting, TV removal, home theater setup, soundbar mounting, surround audio sync, power outlet coordination, masonry wall mounting, custom setup requests, and other related media installation services.
Specific services, pricing, timeframes, and project details may vary based on the customer’s request, property conditions, equipment, wall type, installation complexity, travel distance, and other service requirements.
Jackson Media Pro may decline, pause, or reschedule any service if the requested work is unsafe, outside the agreed scope, technically unsuitable, unlawful, or not reasonably possible under the circumstances.
3. Estimates, Pricing, and Service Packages
Any quote, estimate, promotion, or price shown on the website, by message, by phone, or in writing is based on the information available at the time it is provided.
Final pricing may change if:
- The project scope changes;
- The customer requests additional work;
- The installation requires extra labor, materials, tools, hardware, brackets, mounts, wiring, or repair;
- The wall type, structure, height, access, or property condition is different than originally described;
- The service location requires additional travel, parking, permits, or special access;
- The equipment is larger, heavier, damaged, incompatible, or missing necessary parts.
Jackson Media Pro will make reasonable efforts to explain pricing changes before additional work is performed.
4. Booking and Appointments
Appointments may be scheduled online, by phone, by email, by text message, or through another approved communication method.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact information, service address, property details, equipment information, and any relevant installation requirements.
Jackson Media Pro may reschedule appointments due to weather, traffic, safety concerns, staff availability, equipment needs, emergencies, or circumstances outside our control.
5. Customer Responsibilities
The customer is responsible for:
- Ensuring that an adult authorized to approve the work is present at the service location;
- Providing safe and reasonable access to the installation area;
- Confirming that they own the property or have permission from the property owner, landlord, HOA, or building manager;
- Disclosing wall type, wiring issues, prior damage, water damage, electrical concerns, fragile surfaces, or structural concerns;
- Providing compatible TVs, mounts, brackets, cables, devices, and accessories unless otherwise agreed;
- Removing valuables, fragile items, furniture, or obstacles from the work area when needed;
- Backing up or saving settings, passwords, app logins, or device configurations before service begins.
Jackson Media Pro is not responsible for delays, limitations, or incomplete work caused by missing parts, inaccurate information, unsafe conditions, lack of authorization, or inaccessible work areas.
6. Equipment, Mounts, and Customer-Supplied Products
Customers may provide their own TVs, mounts, brackets, cables, streaming devices, soundbars, or other equipment.
Jackson Media Pro is not responsible for manufacturer defects, missing hardware, incompatibility, poor product quality, prior damage, or failure of customer-supplied equipment.
If customer-supplied equipment is defective, incomplete, unsafe, or unsuitable for the requested installation, Jackson Media Pro may recommend replacement equipment, reschedule the service, or decline that portion of the work.
7. Wall, Surface, and Installation Conditions
TV mounting and media installation may involve drilling, fastening, measuring, lifting, cable routing, and attaching equipment to walls or surfaces.
Jackson Media Pro will use reasonable care when performing services. However, some installation work may involve minor holes, marks, dust, or surface disruption.
Jackson Media Pro is not responsible for hidden conditions that are not visible or reasonably detectable before work begins, including but not limited to:
- Hidden electrical wiring;
- Plumbing lines;
- Gas lines;
- Weak studs;
- Damaged drywall;
- Improper prior repairs;
- Improperly built walls;
- Water damage;
- Pest damage;
- Fragile stone, tile, brick, plaster, paneling, or specialty surfaces;
- Concealed structural issues.
If hidden conditions are discovered, Jackson Media Pro may stop work, revise the estimate, recommend a specialist, or reschedule the service.
8. Payment Terms
Payment is due according to the terms provided at the time of booking, invoice, estimate, or service agreement.
Jackson Media Pro may require a deposit, booking fee, travel fee, or advance payment before confirming an appointment.
Accepted payment methods may include cash, card, electronic payment, invoice payment, or other approved methods.
Unpaid balances may result in delayed service, cancellation of future appointments, collection efforts, late fees where allowed by law, or refusal of additional work.
9. Deposits, Cancellations, and Rescheduling
Deposits, booking fees, or promotional payments may be non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.
Customers should provide reasonable notice if they need to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
Jackson Media Pro may charge a cancellation, rescheduling, or travel fee if:
- The customer cancels with short notice;
- The customer is not present or available at the appointment time;
- The service address is incorrect;
- The work area is inaccessible;
- Required equipment or parts are missing;
- The customer does not have proper authorization for the work.
10. Refunds
Refund eligibility is determined on a case-by-case basis.
Completed services are generally not refundable once labor has been performed. If there is an issue with the service, the customer should contact Jackson Media Pro within a reasonable time so the issue can be reviewed.
Jackson Media Pro may offer a correction, adjustment, partial refund, service credit, or other remedy at its discretion, depending on the facts and circumstances.
Refunds are not guaranteed for issues caused by customer-supplied equipment, third-party products, hidden property conditions, misuse, tampering, later modifications, or circumstances outside Jackson Media Pro’s control.
11. Service Warranty
Jackson Media Pro may provide a limited workmanship warranty if stated in writing on the estimate, invoice, or service agreement.
Any workmanship warranty does not cover:
- Customer-supplied equipment failure;
- Manufacturer defects;
- Wall or structural failure;
- Damage caused by customer misuse;
- Damage caused by third parties;
- Damage caused by moving, adjusting, removing, or reinstalling the equipment;
- Electrical, internet, streaming, software, or app-related issues outside the agreed service scope;
- Natural disasters, accidents, water damage, fire, pests, or property deterioration.
12. Photos, Project Images, and Marketing Use
Jackson Media Pro may take photos or videos of completed work for quality control, documentation, training, portfolio, marketing, or social media purposes.
Jackson Media Pro will not intentionally publish sensitive personal information such as private documents, addresses, visible personal records, alarm codes, financial information, or other confidential details.
Customers may request that Jackson Media Pro not use project photos for marketing by contacting us in writing at jacksonmediapros@gmail.com.
13. Website Use
You agree not to misuse the Jackson Media Pro website. You may not:
- Attempt to hack, damage, disable, overload, or interfere with the website;
- Use the website for fraudulent, unlawful, abusive, or misleading purposes;
- Copy, reproduce, or exploit website content without permission;
- Submit false, harmful, or unauthorized information;
- Use automated tools to scrape or collect website data without permission.
14. Intellectual Property
All content on the Jackson Media Pro website, including text, images, graphics, branding, logos, service descriptions, designs, and layouts, is owned by Jackson Media Pro or used with permission unless otherwise stated.
You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or use Jackson Media Pro content for commercial purposes without written permission.
15. Third-Party Links and Tools
The website may include links to third-party websites, booking tools, payment processors, social media platforms, maps, analytics tools, or other services.
Jackson Media Pro is not responsible for third-party websites, policies, content, security, pricing, availability, or practices. Your use of third-party services is subject to their own terms and privacy policies.
16. No Guarantee of Results
Jackson Media Pro will make reasonable efforts to provide professional service. However, we do not guarantee that every requested installation, setup, device connection, app configuration, signal issue, or media system concern can be completed or resolved.
Certain results may depend on property conditions, internet service, equipment compatibility, device settings, manufacturer limitations, third-party platforms, customer-supplied products, or factors outside our control.
17. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Jackson Media Pro is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or economic damages, including lost profits, lost data, lost use, service interruptions, or third-party costs.
Jackson Media Pro’s total liability for any claim related to a service shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the specific service giving rise to the claim, unless otherwise required by law.
18. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Jackson Media Pro, its owners, employees, contractors, and representatives from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from:
- Your misuse of the website or services;
- Your breach of these Terms;
- False or inaccurate information you provide;
- Lack of proper property authorization;
- Unsafe property conditions;
- Customer-supplied equipment or materials;
- Third-party claims related to your requested service.
19. Force Majeure
Jackson Media Pro is not responsible for delays, cancellations, or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control, including severe weather, natural disasters, emergencies, accidents, illness, labor shortages, supply shortages, internet outages, power outages, government action, or other unexpected disruptions.
20. Changes to These Terms
Jackson Media Pro may update these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on the website with a revised effective date.
Your continued use of the website or services after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
21. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, unless another jurisdiction is required by applicable law.
